Dispatch Time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is completed.
Note: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) are shipped the following business day.

• Tracking: Fully trackable

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

UPS Standard (2–4 Business Days)

• Tracking: Fully trackable

• Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

UPS Express Saver

• Europe: 1–2 business days

• Outside Europe: 1–3 business days

• Tracking: Fully trackable with reference number

• Note: In some countries, this is the only available shipping method. Availability is shown at checkout.

PostNord Tracked Letter (4–6 Business Days)

• Availability: Only available for shipments to the USA

Shipment Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. If the standard tracking link provides limited information, we recommend using ParcelsApp for more detailed updates. Simply enter your tracking number for the most accurate results.

Holidays (“Red Days”)

On Swedish public holidays, shipping services are closed. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.

Mixed Stock Orders

If your order contains items with varying availability times, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

If home delivery is inconvenient, consider choosing an alternative delivery address such as a UPS Access Point.

Shipping to Temporary Addresses

We do not recommend placing orders to temporary or short-term addresses (e.g., during vacations), unless you will remain at the address for at least 60 days beyond your order date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or returns due to undeliverable temporary addresses.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Strikes or labor disputes

• Pandemics

• Cyberattacks

• Disruptions in global supply chains

In such cases, we reserve the right to delay or cancel affected orders.

Pouchstock cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect costs related to customs clearance, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Customs & Import Responsibility

We cannot take responsibility for any orders that are delayed, refused, or confiscated by customs due to import regulations in your country.
